ElginBRC Buy Local, Buy Fresh! ElginBRC is the lead agency for this collaborative project with the Elgin-St.Thomas Tourist Association, Elgin Federation of Agriculture, and the West Elgin Community Health Centre along with the private sector of the business participants. The brochure and map is attractive and needed to go to second print as they flew off the shelves. A year end evaluation illustrates that the consumers and vendors have only positive comments and recommend very few minor changes. For view the 2010 edition, click here.
