The Innovation Centre for Entrepreneurs (ICE) is a mixed-use business incubator providing small and growing businesses, including home-based businesses, with all the resources and support they need to grow and prosper. ICE is St. Thomas and Elgin County’s first mixed-use business incubator. The facility is located at 300 S. Edgeware Rd. in St. Thomas, Ontario with the Elgin Business Resource Centre and the Elgin/St. Thomas Small Business Enterprise Centre.
