A native of neighbouring Norfolk County, Warren moved to St. Thomas in 1993, though he had been working here since 1988. With the help and support of the Self Employment Assistance Program administered by the Elgin Business Resource Centre, Warren established his business, FIXED RIGHT AUTOMOTIVE, in St. Thomas in 1996. This thriving business continues to operate today.
Warren is also the Vice President of the St. Thomas Executives Association.
